Deer in the…Shower

I love seeing deer around (I live in the city, so it’s a rare site!) For some reason it is always greatly alarming. One never expects to see any sort of undomesticated wild-life in urban areas, so it always takes me by surprise. However, my recent deer sightings have led me to greater anticipation for the Christmas season!

With Christmas peering around the corner (40 DAYS!) it’s only appropriate to prepare the homestead.

Simplicity Goes A Long Way

Sometimes it’s really easy to get caught up in design.

“I have to make sure everything coordinates!”  ”I have to know what’s in style so I’m not behind the times.”  ”I need to get the right textures and patterns mixed to create the vibe I”m going for!”

All of this is well and good but it can be just plain stressful and unnecessary once you begin to feel overwhelmed. “Less is more,” right?

In The Midst of Football Season…Shower.

Fall is in full swing. To many that means pumpkins, Thanksgiving, and football. This is America, after all. Don’t judge me, but I know nothing about what is happening in the football world right now, I just know it’s happening. As I visit the homes of friends and family in the evenings and on weekends, I often see racks and racks of baseball caps representing different sports teams.

I realized: the fun doesn’t stop there.

Why not sport (ha!) your team pride with a sports-team shower curtain. With a variety of unique shower curtains you are sure to find something that displays where you set your hopes in the fall season!

I claim no association, but because I was raised in this area; it’s in my blood. So I gotta.

Trendy Tuesday | Maps As Shower Art

We’re all on some journey, whether it be a journey to make it through the day, or a journey to enlightenment. Most of us have embarked on a journey to another city, either locally or internationally. It’s definitely not part of everyone’s budget, and sometimes it’s part despite what budget says. I suppose that’s a different story…

We, here at MUSC, are on the journey to provide unique shower curtains. And as long as I’m here, I can dream about going on my next real-life journey, road-trip style. Part of that dreaming can be enhanced by a selection of our novelty shower curtains like this shower curtain of a map of the Chicago subway system.

A Shower Curtain For You, East Coast!

If you’ve been keeping up with the national weather or just live in New York, you know that winter has made an exciting (??) guest appearance in October. Halloween barely made way and already Christmas is on the shelves. We, at My Unique Shower Curtains, have a fun selection of wintery, wonderland-y shower curtains.

Winter is not my favorite season, though I do love to cuddle in a big blanket by a nice, blazing fire in the company of good friends.
