Traveling is so much fun, though it costs a lot of money these days. Learning languages is a wonderful skill to tuck in my belt, though it takes time and practice. Regardless of where you stand on the issue, the kid is willing to stand for something, which is a novel idea.  Of course being the crazy guy who can always relate something back to personalized shower curtains I thought of how this could effect life in our subculture.  Having a preference, a definite style, is a cool thing.  This is true for a lot of things, including something as simple as someone rocking a novelty shower curtain at the crib!

Wildlife is but one of the elements of God’s magnificent creations.  Even though magazines are becoming irrelevant in some ways a good old national geographic does the young soul well.  One animal I always enjoyed taking a look at in the zoo was the monkey.  Tehre was just something fun about them.  Why not bring the fun into you bathroom with a monkey shower curtain?

I was sincerely surprised by their excitement over a simple repainting, and recognized quickly that they put a lot of effort into the appearance of their home, even simply for their own enjoyment. It reminded me of how connected people are to the places in which they dwell. I didn’t get a chance to see if they had personalized shower curtains in their bathrooms, but knowing them, they probably had something like one of these.
