1. What is your policy for RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. My Unique Shower Curtains (MUSC) strives to offer only the highest quality products to our customers.
While we hope you never have to use it, we realize there is always the occasional exception—so here is our RETURN policy:

MUSC will refund or replace any product still in the original packaging, or any defective product, within 30 days of purchase. You must contact MUSC for RETURN/EXCHANGE authorization at customerservice@myuniqueshowercurtains.com.

We will accept any item that is defective due to a manufacturer issue and will happily provide a replacement. Since, the product was defective we will gladly pay for your return shipping through regular shipping methods. We will not refund any form of express shipping. This only applies to damaged items.

If you are simply dissatisfied with your product from MUSC, please contact us for return authorization. However, we will only accept products for return or exchange if unopened and still in their original packaging.

If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the shipping charges. The return address can be found below. When we receive the returned item we will refund your credit card for the cost of the product, send a replacement or exchange the product for a different product. Please note you will be charged for re-shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us, so insurance is recommended.

If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will still be responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs incurred to ship the product(s) to you.
Once we receive your returned product(s) we will quickly apply the refund to your credit card. Please wait 3 business days for processing before the refund is recognized by your financial institution.

2. Do you ship outside the US?
We ship anywhere in the world that Fed Ex or USPS will go. If you require International Shipping, go ahead and complete your order as usual and pick your country appropriately. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact customer service at customerservice@myuniqueshowercurtains.com
Typical order to Canada will cost $19.99 for shipping.
Typical orders to other countries around the world will cost $45 for shipping.
3. Will I have to pay an import tax?
We are required by law to attach a customs form to all packages going outside the USA. You may be charged an import or brokerage fee by your government in order to receive your package. Please check with you local post office if you have questions about the import laws of your country before you place an order. If you refuse a package due to import tax and it is returned to us we will refund your total order amount minus shipping costs.
4. How do you ship?
Shipping times only apply to the delivery time and does not include the processing time before items are shipped. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority, First Class Mail and UPS Ground.
5. How long will it take my order to arrive?
When you place your order with MUSC, your order is entered into our database and placed in the queue to be processed. We process orders in 24-48 business hours. Monday through Thursday orders are processed by the next day. Orders received Friday will process the following business day.
Note: During the holidays, increased volume may cause an additional processing delay. We will work hard to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Normal delivery time for Standard Shipping is 7-10 business days.
Please note that all Quilted Shower Curtains and Custom Shower Curtains will take longer to process and ship, due to their customized nature.
6. How much is shipping?
If you would like to get a shipping quote before you place an order all you have to do is:

This will generate a shipping quote but will not place an order. If you would like to place the order simply continue in and complete the checkout process. If you decide to not place an order simply press the "Back" button on your browser.
7. What if my package hasn't arrived?
It has been our experience that any number of things could delay your package, especially if your package is traveling internationally. We ask that if you are in the US you wait a MAXIMUM of 2 weeks from the date we ship your package for it to arrive. If you are outside the US we ask that you wait 6 weeks from the date we send your package for it to arrive. If you have waited this period and your package has not arrived - please check with your local post office to see if they are holding your package for any reason. If your post office does not have your package, then contact us at customerservice@myuniqueshowercurtains.com and let us know.
8. Do you accept Money Orders?
Yes, we do accept International Money Orders in US Dollars.
Simply add the items you're interested in purchasing into your shopping cart on-line. Click "Checkout" button then print the "Shopping Cart Contents" page. Next, fill out your address on the Click on “Continue” again and print the "Payment Method" page. To get the total due - add the cost of the items together along with the cost of shipping (found on Payment Method Screen). Put the print outs as well as your Money Order for the total amount in an envelope and mail it to:

9. Can I return my custom shower curtain?
Custom orders (Monogrammed, Photo, Quilted, and Hand Painted) items are NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
10. What is your privacy and security policy?

Privacy: The confidentiality of your account information is very important to us. We never sell or give out account information about our customers to any organization. The information that you are required to give when setting up an account is only used to help us better serve you.

Security: Your credit card information is secure with us. When you send your credit card number to us it is through 128 bit encryption over a secure server connection. Buying from www.myuniqueshowercurtains.com is always safe and secure.
11. Can I Cancel my Order?
Once your order is processing, your order can not be canceled. Once it is shipped, if you return it, we will not refund the shipping cost. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes that your country applies after shipping, we will also not refund.
